Tech Scouting

Navigate to Location -> Tech Scout or Tech Scout in Dashboard.

An empty Location List will appear.

1. Click on +Add Location.
2. A pop-up window will appear.
3. Type in the name of the location you want to add.
4. Click Add Location button.
5. The pop-up window will close and the Location will be added to the list.

Create A New Location

1. Click on the Clipboard List Button to the right of the Location to Highlight.
2. The lists of Locations will appear.
3. Click on +Add Location.
4. A pop-up window will appear.
5. Type in the name of the location you want to add.
6. Click Add Location button.
7. The pop-up window will close and the Location will be added to the list.

In this view you can also pinpoint the location on a map and input any location specific information by clicking on the arrow button next to the Set name.

Once a location is added you can create a set for that location. One location can contain multiple sets.

Create A Set.

1. Click on the +Add Set Button or hyperlink.
2. A pop-up window will appear.
3. You can either chose a set from a list or create a New Set by typing in the name at the bottom.
4. Click the Add Set Button.
5. The pop-up window will close and the Set will be added to the Set List for the location.

Create An Equipment Lists Per Set.

1. Click on the arrow next to the set.
2. A dropdown will open
3. Here you can select a department.
4. Next you can add an equipment List for this department and add pictures or other relevant media and notes.
